Dave Reddin has almost 30 years’ experience across multiple sectors and roles from hands on delivery to strategic leadership and change management. He became a key member of the England Rugby management team who transformed the performance of the National team leading to England’s only Rugby World Cup victory in 2003.
Dave led Team GB’s support services for the 2010 winter and 2012 Olympic games, supporting a record medal haul at the London Olympics.
From 2014 to 2019, Dave was a key architect of the transformational change strategy for English International football which resulted in the most successful period in recent history and the best finish in a World Cup for 28 years.
The PBSL is a great initiative for the sports industry and a welcome one for anyone working in the sector. The landscape has always been very fragmented and the PBSL will provide the central focal point the industry needs. As an organisation the PBSL is credible, authentic and member focused and will provide enormous benefits to the industry and those working in it.
