Sharon Fuller

Global Head of Central Content Creation – Red Bull

Sharon Fuller is Global Head of Central Content Creation for Red Bull and a former BBC Sport Executive.

Sharon has worked in sports content/broadcasting for over 20 years (she started young!) across everything from the Olympics to Formula 1 and is known for pioneering digital innovation in broadcast.

She has also advised and supported numerous athletes and teams in a mentoring capacity. She served on the legacy board for London 2017 World Athletics Championships, is an activator for the Women’s Sport Trust and helped run a professional Women’s Road Cycling team.

She was a member of the Leaders in Sport 30 under 40 class of 2019. Originally from Norwich, she now lives and works in Salzburg, Austria.

I believe the PBSL will make a real impact because it is about development and improvement in a practical and independent way for the sports industry and the people working within it. The team behind The PBSL come from a range of different backgrounds and sports-related industries covering the broad spectrum of what sport is and can be – and I don’t think there is a comparable organisation – yet it complements those organisations which are already existing to create an overall better environment for us all to work within.
