Head of Commercial Partnership Development – Formula 1
Zarah Al-Kudcy is Head of Commercial Partnership Development at Formula 1, leading on the creative and commercial strategy for current and prospective partners. Her passion and work to drive diversity also sees her chair the F1 Diversity & Inclusion steering group and in December 2019 she became a trustee of the Women’s Sport Trust.
Named in the Class of 2018 for Leaders U40 for her work on the Women’s Cricket World Cup, she was also the first ever female keynote speaker for Sport Accord in the same year. Her previous experience in marketing and communications includes the Organising Committees for Rugby World Cup 2015, ICC Women’s World Cup 2017 and ICC Champions Trophy 2017 as well as Sky Sports, Australia’s athletics governing body Athletics Australia and Fast Track.
The PBSL will help shape and provide a more formal structure to those looking for guidance in the sports industry.
The PBSL is an objective, transparent and informed entity to aid an industry that is continually evolving, with an ever-increasing focus on people. Cross collaboration continues to drive change whether across sports, management levels or sectors and The PBSL wants to increase the frequency in which this happens.
