Be someone who can relate to the challenges that professionals within the sports industry are facing, understand what they want to achieve, what they may need to change and try to help them improve
What type of knowledge and experience are you looking forward to sharing?
Share 30 years of experience of working within the sports industry at all levels from community level to World Cup’s and everything in between. Learn from my mistakes…I’ve made plenty!
What were the key things you learnt from the mentor training?
The importance of listening and asking the right questions to get the conversation about you…not me!
How do you think your career would have benefitted if had a mentor when first starting out in the sports industry?
It could have helped me work out many solutions quicker and better and improved my performance as a leader.
